📄 MIR Hospedajes Spain

MIR Hospedajes Spain

The MIR Hospedajes Report is a mandatory legal requirement for all accommodation providers in Spain. It involves the collection and transmission of guest identity data to the Spanish Ministry of Interior (Ministerio del Interior), typically managed by the National Police (Policía Nacional) or the Civil Guard (Guardia Civil).

Report Overview

This system ensures that every guest staying at your property is legally registered and that their identity information is verified against national security databases. The report monitors all reservations with a status of 'Pending', 'Confirmed', 'Checked-in', or 'Checked-out'. A validation process runs every hour to check for missing or invalid data. If issues are found, they are displayed as orange warning flags in the reservation contact overview, allowing staff to correct the information before it is reported.

Report activation (Data validation)

To activate the report go to Settings â†’ Reports â†’ Data validation. The default country of the administration is selected. It will show you the reports who are available for this country.

Click on activate to install the report validation. It will show you an popup with all the fields we need for this report. If there is an field with the same name and a different id, you will be asked to remove (or rename) the field first.

Remove (or rename) custom field

Go to Settings â†’ Guests, Reservation, Administration → Fields and check if you can find any of the custom fields mentioned below. Please remove them to make sure we don't mix up any field names or ids. Once you removed them please also remove them from the archive. If they are archived they can still cause conflicts.
